Jay Ross 

I am Jay Ross, Co-Owner of Revelution Fitness. I am a husband, a father, and a fitness professional. I have owned an operated fitness studios for the past 7 years...fitness has been my sole pursuit and profession. I have my Master's from Temple University in Sport and Exercise Psychology and love exploring the mind-body interaction.

As a fitness professional, each day I have the privilege of working with individuals who want to improve and evolve their lives. I am able to use fitness as a tool to inspire and encourage positive lifelong changes that go far beyond aesthetics. My favorite thing is helping people achieve their goals…there is nothing more powerful than the realization that you are capable of success!

Julie Migliaccio

I have been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years as a private trainer, coach, group fitness instructor. You name it I've done it! Fitness has always been and will always be my passion. 

In need of something to focus my own training on, I found CrossFit in 2009. Shortly thereafter, I began competing. I have competed in 6 opens, been to Regionals twice on a team and went as a member of a 6 person team in 2010 to the Crossfit Games. Recently, I have focused my efforts on competing as a Masters (over 40) Athlete and now just train to stay healthy and "ready for anything". 

I have a strong work ethic and am far from a pushover when it comes to my coaching style. I demand allot from my students and I believe that's what's helped me cultivate a loyal and amazing following. I love helping people learn how to use their bodies to find what they are truly capable of. My greatest passion, is programming. My wheels are always spinning and crafting training programs...coaching classes never gets boring for me!

Dr. Jeffrey DePanfilis

Dr. Jeffrey DePanfilis is a Chiropractic Sports Physician practicing here in Norwalk, CT.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola College of Maryland and Summa Cum Laude from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic. Dr. DePanfilis is skilled in numerous state-of-the-art chiropractic techniques including adjustments, rehabilitation, physiotherapies, Graston Technique, Kinesio/Rocktaping, and other physical therapies. He is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, as well as having the additional degree of Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.

Dr. DePanfilis has a long background of training and instructing numerous martial arts and holds a Shodan Black Belt ranking in the Japanese art of Tomiki Aikido, an art that focuses on self-defense and joint manipulation. Together with his professional training and personal experience, Jeffrey has created a unique treatment style geared towards unlocking the body’s ability to heal itself while maximizing its potential.

Besides being a life-long athlete, Jeffrey has been Crossfitting for the past 3 years and has been able to apply his extensive knowledge of the body and its mechanics to not only healing sports related injuries but in optimizing athletes' performance in and outside of the box."

If you could go back to being any age, which age would you choose?  17 was a good age...only had to focus on school, sports, and staying happy and healthy.  Grown-up responsibilities definitely come with a price

Anastasia Ouzounidis

Fitness has always been something that has been apart of my life. Growing up I did taekwondo for almost ten years, and then mixing it up with some gymnastic classes in between. Coming from a different country and learning English as my second language, I learned how to fight before I learned how to speak English. After a couple of years of training three times a day and competing once to twice a month, I started teaching my own classes at the age of 11. That was when I discovered that helping people was something I was meant to do. I LOVE coaching at Revel because not only is our community the best, but working with some of the most amazing athletes. Being able to watch them grow stronger everyday is amazing. When I can see someone lift something wrong, and be able to see it and fix it, have them lift it again the correct way it gives me goose bumps! No joke! One thing I do take pride in is the ability to be able to help people and help people understand mistakes and how to work on helping them fix something that they struggle with. Whether it’s a lift or how to get through a workout, anything I can and WILL find a way to help! Either way I will find a way, or I will make one. 

What is your hidden talent? I’ve been know to bust out some SICK dance moves!!

Katie Diehl 

When I first heard of CrossFit I was very intimidated but also very curious. I never played sports growing up and became a “fitness junkie” after college. I was that girl that spent most of her time in a spin or yoga studio and never lifted more than a 5 lb dumb bell. I believe that change is good and I am always up for a challenge. After gaining the courage to try something completely out of my comfort zone, I took that first step into a CrossFit gym unsure to how I was going to react. In result, I was completely blindsided by the impact it has had on my life.

CrossFit has taught me a lot about myself not only with just physical strength but the battle between mind over body. It’s amazing what your body can do once you tell your mind it’s achievable. Also along this journey, I discovered my passion for Nutrition. I grew to appreciate the saying ‘you are what you eat’ and in the process started a food blog as well as enrolled to get my Masters in Clinical Nutrition. My goal as a coach is to help guide members into achieving something they never imaged they would. To challenge yourself, believe in yourself all while having fun in the process and to also understand that CrossFit is not intimidating but fascinating. One of the greatest feelings in life is accomplishment and my goal as a coach is to have every athlete experience that feeling.

If you could be best friends with one celebrity, who would it be? Anthony Bourdain… hands down!

Matthew Costeines

My name is Matthew Costeines and I come from an overall athletic background of basketball, track and field and football. I was an all-state track player in high school and played football at Southern Connecticut State University. I have been Crossfitting for five years and competed at the North East Regionals in 2014. I am also in school at the University of New Haven getting my MBA. I LOVE coaching and I can't see myself doing anything else. I love all the members, I love their journey of fitness and I love all the moments we share together. I have the opportunity to change someone's life through health and fitness and that is what drives me out of bed every morning to go to the gym and help all the members fulfill their fitness goals!

Rosalie Rodriguez

I am Rosalie Rodriguez, a big heart that can't be contained in this little body! Sport and fitness have been the center of my life; once a young gymnast, to a three sport high school athlete, collegiate women's lacrosse player, now functional fitness freak.  

Education, along with the people I have the pleasure of working alongside have truly made finding my passion in fitness the biggest blessing. I recently graduated from the National Personal Training Institute and became a NASM certified personal trainer. From group fitness to working one on one with individuals.
